PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate mounting of an antenna to a case and to improve rigidity of the case in a portable device comprising a rod antenna. SOLUTION: An antenna-mounting structure includes a housing 2 including a first case 26 and a second case 27 overlapped on the first case 26; a first fixing section 26a provided in the first case 26; a second fixing section 27a provided in the second case 27; a mounting section 63 of an antenna 6 of the mounting par 63, held in between the first case 26 and the second case 27.
