PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving preventing means which can prevent not only separation of a plug tube from a socket tube but also excessive insertion of the plug tube into the socket tube. SOLUTION: A hook portion 8 is the moving preventing means which hooks the first pawl 8a and the second pawl 8b on outer peripheral surface 2a of a plug port portion 2 by pressing against a pressing portion 9 via slant portions 8c, 9a and which prevents the plug tube 4 from separating from the socket tube 5, and is formed with an opposed surface 7a opposed to an insertion direction of the plug tube 4 within a recessed portion 7. The hook portion 8 is provided with a bulged portion 8d which bulges toward the opposed surface 7a and at the same time is disposed by being pressed into the recessed portion 7 by a pressing portion 9 and is formed and disposed so as to rotate around the bulged portion 8d which abuts with the opposed surface 7a.
