PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the sealing performance of an end plate and a boot adapter by preventing the radial inward dislocation of packing. SOLUTION: This constant velocity universal coupling includes an outer ring 10 opened at both ends and formed with a plurality of axially extending track grooves 12; an inner ring 20 formed with a plurality of axially extending track grooves 22; a plurality of balls 30 interposed between the track grooves 12 and the track grooves 22 to transmit torque; and a cage 40 holding the balls 30, wherein the end plate 50 and the boot adapter 64 are brought into close contact with the opening end face of the outer ring 10 through packings 52, 66. An annular protuberant part 70 projected toward the opening end face of the outer ring 10 is formed on the radial inside of the packing 52 in the end plate 50, and an annular protuberant part 80 projected toward the opening end face of the outer ring 10 is formed on the radial inside of the packing 66 in the boot adapter 64.
