PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conduit cable 28 without degrading the feedability of a welding wire 12. SOLUTION: The conduit cable has a coil liner 27 in which a first coil liner 21 and a second coil liner 25 are connected to each other by an adjusting spring 23, and a liner insertion unit 6 in which the coil liner 27 is inserted. A base end of the liner insertion unit 6 and a base end of the coil liner 27 are fixed to a welding wire feeding machine 7. A fore end of the liner insertion unit 6 is fixed in a welding torch 8, and a fore end of the coil liner 27 is allowed to abut on a base end of a chip body 11. Before the liner insertion unit 6 is expanded, a compression spring 23 is compressed. When the liner insertion unit 6 is expanded, the second coil liner 25 is pushed out by the spring force of the adjusting spring 23, and its fore end is kept abutted on the chip body 11.
