PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a human error of attaching a wrong program-written control means to each mounting portion on a working vehicle 1 in the assembling process of the control means 210, 213, 281, 282. SOLUTION: An identifier according to individual information is set up for each of the control means 210, 213, 281, 282 in the state where the control means 210, 213, 281, 282 are each assembled on a working vehicle 1. A control program of each identifier is read from an external terminal 290 connected to a communication bus 280 and installed in the control means 210, 213, 281, 282 matching the identifier.
