PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger easily manufactured, enabling various heat exchanges and preventing a problem of mixture between fluids caused by leakage. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger includes at least two heat exchange plates 2, 6, 7, 8 in which a plurality of through-holes 5 penetrated through one lateral face 4 to the other lateral face 4 are juxtaposed at predetermined intervals. In the heat exchange plates 2, 6, 7, 8, main faces are jointed to each other in the laminated state. In a plurality of through-hole opening parts formed on the respective lateral faces of the heat exchange plates 2, 6, 7, 8, any two opening parts form one set, and the opening parts in each set are interconnected by a connection pipe.
