Spice blend comprises predetermined amounts of flavor-forming spices, and predetermined amounts of color-giving spices, where the flavor-forming spices contain 30-41 wt.% of fine table salt, 0.4-3.5 wt.% of garlic salt, 2.8-7 wt.% of ground white pepper, 2.8-7 wt.% of ground sieved nutmeg, 3.3-30 wt.% of ground curry leaves and 0.6-1.8 wt.% of onion powder, and the color-giving spices contain 6-42 wt.% of sieved sweet paprika and 2.4-5.2 wt.% of shredded parsley, where the amount of the parsley at the end is added until the spice mixture has an orange-red hue with green tinge. |
