<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a name plate capable of not only displaying a name, or the like, of a clerk who uses the name plate, but also functioning as a POP by removing the name plate to place it near displayed commodities. <P>SOLUTION: A clerk name plate 1 includes an image display device 3 on a surface side to provide character and image information, and an attaching means 7 for attaching the name plate to clothes or a body. On the liquid crystal screen 4 of the image display device 3, clerk information on a clerk who uses the name plate 1 and commodity information on displayed commodities handled by the clerk are displayed.
