PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stress device for measuring stress during a conversation through mobile communication devices and measuring the degrees of both speakers' stress caused by the conversation. SOLUTION: The stress measuring device includes a voice input section for inputting voices of both speakers in conversation to make voice signals; a voice analyzing section for discriminating vocal parts out of the voice signals from the voice input section and computing stress indexes from the frequencies and amplitude of the discriminated vocal parts; and a voice stress determining section for determining the stress values of the speakers based on the stress indexes.
