PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a back door reducible in weight while securing rigidity. SOLUTION: A door inner panel 10 integrally has a door inner upper portion 11, left and right door inner lateral portions 12, 13, and a door inner skirt 14. A door outer panel 20 is constituted of two divided portions of a door outer upper portion 21 and a door outer skirt 22. Each of first and second reinforcements 30L, 30R has a laterally-arranged portion: a body with a hat-shaped cross section extending along the longitudinal direction of the lateral portion and opening toward a vehicle rear side; a first flange along the door outer periphery extending from an outer edge in the vehicle width direction of the body; and a second flange along the contour of the opening extending from the inner edge in the vehicle width direction of the body. Bodies of the first and the second reinforcements are arranged in bodies of the door inner lateral portions. First flanges of the first and the second reinforcements 30L, 30R are joined to back door glass 2 and to first flanges of the door inner lateral portions 12, 13.
