PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an isolated DC-DC converter capable of achieving high efficiency of power conversion when a load is light even when a DC power supply is a low voltage-large current DC power, and prolonging the service life of the DC power supply by reducing a ripple current of the DC power supply. SOLUTION: A full-bridge composite resonant circuit 5 shifts to burst oscillation when a load is light. In this way, switching loss of a switching circuit Q is reduced, and high efficiency of power conversion can be achieved even when a load is light. Further, control is exerted for shifting a phase of the burst oscillation for each of a plurality of converters 3A, 3B arranged in parallel, thereby the ripple current of the DC power supply 8 is reduced to achieve long service life of the DC power supply 8.
