<p>Disclosed is a radio communication system which comprises a radio base station device and a device for determining parameters. The radio base station device is provided with an antenna device for communicating by radio with a mobile station device, a positional information acquisition unit for acquiring positional information indicating the position of the antenna device, and a control unit for notifying the positional information acquired by the positional information acquisition unit to the device for determining the parameters, and controlling the antenna device in accordance with a parameter transmitted from the device for determining the parameters. The device for determining the parameters is provided with a storage unit for storing the information of the periphery in which the radio base station device is located, and a parameter determination unit which determines the parameter of the radio base station device and transmits the determined parameter to the radio base station device on the basis of the information of the periphery and the positional information of the radio base station device.</p> |
