<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an optical pickup apparatus to perform high quality recording onto a medium without causing malfunctions, such as failure of recording, in a medium including CD-R or the like. <P>SOLUTION: An optical pickup apparatus 1 includes light-emitting devices 20 and 120 emitting laser light; a light receiving device 240 for monitoring the state of the laser light emitted from the light emitting devices 20 and 120 to apply feedback on control of the light emitting devices 20 and 120; and a reflection mirror 300 for irradiating the light receiving device 240 with part of the laser light emitted from the light-emitting devices 20 and 120. A rough surface 303 preventing the light receiving device 240 from malfunctioning owing to the occurrence of internal reflection of light in the reflection mirror 300, is provided on a surface 302 of the reflection mirror 300. This can avoid the occurrence of internal reflection of light in the reflection mirror 300 causing interference of light, malfunction of the light receiving device 240 due to this, and malfunction of the optical pickup apparatus 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
