<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered waterproof ceiling, configured so that a facility such as a pipe can be easily disposed without spatial restrictions, an additive space is secured between an upper waterproof ceiling surface and a lower general ceiling surface and utilized as an air circulating passage to maintain a comfortable indoor environment. <P>SOLUTION: The ceiling includes a hanger part provided vertically to the ground so as to support a load at the lower end with the upper end being fixed to one side of a ceiling wall or the waterproof ceiling; a carrying channel connected to the lower end of the hanger part and provided in parallel to the ground to form a right angle relative to the hanger part; a drainage module bar connected and fixed onto the path of the carrying channel and forms a predetermined angle relative to the ground so as to form a moving passage of leaked water; a waterproof panel fitted to both sides of the drainage module bar to finish the space each between the drainage module bars; and a water collecting pipe vertically disposed at one side end of the drain module bar to collect and discharge the leaked water to the outside.
