<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample transporting unit or the like that is compact in size and easy to be handled, and excels in the maintaining capability of a target temperature and shock-absorbing capability. <P>SOLUTION: The sample transporting unit includes a shock-absorbing member 2. The shock-absorbing member 2 has a three-layer structure in which a sample-side support 5 (support), a frame 6, and a back-side support 7 (support) are laminated in this order. A gel elastic body 12 is filled in a space 15 formed of the supports and frame. The elastic body 12 functions as both of a shock-absorbing material and a heat source. Thereby, the shock-absorbing member 2 can have a high-level temperature maintaining function in addition to the shock-absorbing capability. By covering a sample holder filled with a sample by the shock-absorbing member 2, the sample such as cells can be transported more safely and easily. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
