<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light diffusion plate which can erase an lamp image and can form a face with uniform brightness by uniformizing and ejecting incident light from two or more light sources. <P>SOLUTION: The light diffusion plate 25 is constituted of at least two light deflection elements 28 having different ejection distributions and a light diffusion layer 24 composed of three layers; a first light scattering layer 27, a light transmission layer 23 and a second light scattering layer 26. The light deflection element 28 includes a second light deflection element for complementing a part to be a dark part in a first light deflection element, is arranged toward a light source 41 side of a display 70 and ejects uniform diffusion light from the light diffusion layer 24 after deflecting incident light H from an incident surface of the light deflection element 28.
