<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light receiving surface electrode for a solar cell, which maintains a high aspect ratio and improving current performance. <P>SOLUTION: In an electrode conducted to a semiconductor substrate 11, a sintered body including silver grains 12 including grains of an average grain size of≥10μm at the rate of 50-80 mass% and glass frits is electrolyzed or electrolessly plated to fill gaps 14 existing in the sintered body and a plated film 13 is formed so as to cover the entire sintered body.
