PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine having an operating means to be operated by a player, allowing the player unused to the play in the game machine to operate the operating means just as assumed by a designer. SOLUTION: When the operation presentation is executed in a liquid crystal display device, the player is urged to touch a ring mechanism 331 (a ring cap) with fingers for the operation according to the operation presentation by moving the ring mechanism 331 (the ring cap) in the direction of operation based on the drive of a stepping motor. As a result, the player can visually, intuitively and easily recognize the method of operation of the ring mechanism 331 (the ring cap) when the operation presentation is executed, and therefore, the player can be made to operate the ring mechanism 331 (the ring cap) in such a way as designed.
