摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wavefront sensor which performs association processing between the coordinates of a light converging point and an individual lenslet at high speed and easily and reduces costs. SOLUTION: A coordinate axis array generation means 102 sorts the two-dimensional coordinates of light converging points to generate a coordinates value array. A differential value calculation means 103 calculates the difference between two successive elements for the coordinates value array. An array number detection means 104 calculates the total number of elements exceeding a threshold. An associating means 105 determines the association relationship between the two-dimensional coordinates group and the individual lenslet 5 on the basis of the two-dimensional coordinates group and the array number detected by the array number detection means 104.
