摘要 An organic opto-electric component comprises a layer stack (110) having a base electrode (120), an organic layer arrangement (130), a cover electrode (140) and a contact layer (160). The organic layer arrangement (130) is arranged between the base electrode (120) and the cover electrode (140), and the cover electrode (140) is arranged between the organic layer arrangement (130) and the contact layer (160). The cover electrode (140) and the base electrode (120) are structured to form a plurality of laterally neighboring optically active regions (210), and the base electrode (120), the organic layer arrangement (130), the cover electrode (140) and the contact layer (160) are interconnected by through-plating (170, 171) such that at least two optically active regions (210a, 210b) are connected in series such that a current flow runs through the at least two optically active regions (210a, 210b) in one direction between the base electrode (120) and the cover electrode (140). The current flow between the at least two optically active regions (210a, 210b) runs through the contact layer (160), wherein the contact layer (160) contacts the base electrode (120) by way of one of the through-platings (170) laterally inside the two optically active regions (210a, 210b).
