Two bond two components together, especially tubular plastics components (5,6), has a deflection system (2) to deflect a laser beam (1) in a targeted alignment with a quasi-simultaneous action on the bonding point (9) between them. The beam deflection has a ring structure around the component clamp (18), to turn the laser beam at right angles to the component bonding point in its center. The component clamp has a housing (4) with a circular cross section, and a glass tube mantle permeable to the laser light beam.
