<p>The process for impregnating/coating a web (1) made of paper or cardboard, comprises pulling the web into a device for impregnating/coating during starting the impregnation process, and impregnating, drying and cooling the web with resin. An origin of the web is held in a horizontal plane during pulling, where the web is removed from the pulling device (10) and is guided from the pulling device until after the cooling. After passing the origin of the web, the elements are processed or operated, so that they change the horizontal flow of the web, where the elements are an application roller. The process for impregnating/coating a web (1) made of paper or cardboard, comprises pulling the web into a device for impregnating/coating during starting the impregnation process, and impregnating, drying and cooling the web with resin. The web is cut to sheets after cooling. The origin of the web is guided up to an end of a sheet delivery. The web is impregnated in two steps. The web is transversely separated before a first dryer (5) for ending the impregnating/coating step and a resulted end of the web is guided until after the cooling, where the end of the web is held in the horizontal plane. The web is winded-off by a roller (2) with a production speed during pulling and is fed to the device. An independent claim is included for a device for impregnating/coating a web.</p> |
