<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored radiation-sensitive composition for exposure by a XeCl excimer laser, the composition being suitable for manufacturing a color filter. <P>SOLUTION: The colored radiation-sensitive composition for exposure by a XeCl excimer laser is a colored radiation-sensitive composition containing (A) a colorant, (B) an alkali-soluble resin, (C) a polyfunctional monomer and (D) a photopolymerization initiator, wherein the (C) polyfunctional monomer contains a compound having at least 7 polymerizable unsaturated bonds, and the (D) photopolymerization initiator contains at least one selected from a group consisting of 2-benzyl-2-dimethylamino-1-(4-morpholinophenyl)-butan-1-on, 2-(dimethylamino)-2-[(4-methylphenyl)methyl]-1-[4-(4-morpholinyl)phenyl]-1-butanone and 2-methyl-1-[4-(methylthio)phenyl]-2-morpholinopropan-1-on. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
