<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored radiation-sensitive composition for exposure by a YAG third-order harmonic wave laser (at a wavelength of 355 nm), the composition being suitable for manufacturing a color filter. <P>SOLUTION: The colored radiation-sensitive composition for exposure by a YAG third-order harmonic wave laser contains (A) a colorant, (B) an alkali-soluble resin, (C) a polyfunctional monomer and (D) a photopolymerization initiator, wherein the (B) alkali-soluble resin contains a polymer having an acidic functional group and a polymerizable unsaturated group, and the (D) photopolymerization initiator contains a thioxanthone compound, at least one selected from a group consisting of compounds expressed by formula (1), and an O-acyl oxime compound. In formula (1), R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>each independently represent a 1-6C alkyl group, and R<SP>3</SP>represents a 1-6C alkyl group which may have a substituent, a 1-20C alkoxy group or dialkylaminophenyl group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
