<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a musical content data processing apparatus and a program for promptly extracting a desired musical content material data set and making it available even when musical contents include a multiplicity of musical content material data sets of the same kind. <P>SOLUTION: A storage portion Cs stores: musical contents (a waveform package file) WFe in which a plurality of musical content material data sets (a waveform data) WVe each of which is given a piece of identification information (a waveform ID) and is encrypted are recorded; and recording location information (an encrypted address table) ATe for identifying respective locations LC in the musical contents WFe, while associating the recording location information ATe with the respective identification information pieces given to respective musical content material WVe included in the musical contents WFe. When the musical content material data sets are used, recording locations of the musical contents WFe at which the musical content material WVe including designated identification information is recorded is identified according to the recording location information ATe.
