<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting device which precisely evaluates luminous intensity of a light emitting diode and whose manufacture is simplified and to provide an evaluating method and a method for manufacturing the light emitting device. <P>SOLUTION: The light emitting device includes a substrate 1, a photodiode structure 2 including a light absorbing layer 6 formed on the substrate 1, a light emitting diode structure 4 including an active layer 9 formed on the photodiode structure 2 through an etching stop layer 3, a common electrode 16 formed by exposing a part of the photodiode structure 2 and used for the light emitting diode structure 4 and the photodiode structure 2, a photodiode electrode 17 installed on a face side opposite to the photodiode structure 2 of the substrate 1, and a light emitting diode electrode 15 arranged on the light emitting diode structure 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
