<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for adsorbing a gas that exhibits excellent capability of adsorbing carbon dioxide even if an acidic gas is contained in the gas to be adsorbed. <P>SOLUTION: The device 1 for adsorbing a gas at least includes dawsonite 2, an adsorbent 3 for adsorbing an acidic gas, and a container 4 made from a material of very low gas permeability. The container 4 is divided at least into two spaces by a divider 5 having controllable gas permeability. The dawsonite 2 and the adsorbent 3 for adsorbing an acidic gas are each stored in the different spaces of the container 4 respectively. A protrusion 6 that breaks the seal of the container 4 with an external force applied thereonto to enable the spaces, one storing the dawsonite 2 and the other storing the adsorbent 3 for adsorbing an acidic gas, to communicate with the outer space, is attached to the outside of one of the spaces of the container 4 wherein the adsorbent 3 for adsorbing an acidic gas is stored. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
