<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim at care-taking ease and user-friendliness upon cleaning of a grill cooking utensil combining an induction heating cooker and an exclusive grill cooking utensil and at the same time, improvement in deliciousness of cooked articles, in a composite induction heating cooker. <P>SOLUTION: The composite induction heating cooker is composed of: an induction heating cooker consisting of a body unit 1 having induction heating devices 3a, 3b, a cooling device 5 and control devices 4a, 4b in an outer-shell case 2, and a top plate unit 6; and a grill cooking utensil 9 loaded on a top plate 7 so as to be opposed to the induction heating device 3a or 3b, which latter 9 is structured of a rotating body 13 opening and closing an upper frame body 10 and a lower frame body 11 making up a case, a substitution coil 14 having a copper wire wound around in nearly concentrically as a donut shape, and a resistive heating device 18. The substitution coil is arranged under the lower frame body so as to be opposed to the induction heating device 3a or 3b, and an end part of the substitution coil is electrically connected to the resistive heating device, whereby, improvement in user friendliness and improvement in deliciousness of cooked articles can be aimed at. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
