PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to use telephone directory data, which has been used before renewal, on a new mobile phone. SOLUTION: An in-vehicle hands-free device 2 manages telephone numbers in association with telephone directory data in a telephone directory data storage region of a storage section 7. When the telephone number of a new mobile phone 3 is additionally registered when the user renews the mobile phone, the telephone directory data corresponding to the telephone number of the mobile phone 3 to be additionally registered, i.e., the telephone number used before renewal is stored.
