PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow-forming apparatus capable of efficiently filling an inner wall of a workpiece to an uneven shape of a forming die by reducing the friction resistance at a boundary between the forming die and the workpiece. SOLUTION: The flow-forming apparatus includes a spindle device 3 for rotating a forming die K and a workpiece W covered on the forming die K around the spindle rotating axis 2Z, and a single or a plurality of forming rollers 60, 70, 80 which are mounted movable in the direction orthogonal to the spindle rotating axis 2Z and the direction of the spindle rotating axis 2Z, and rotatable around roller rotating axes 60Z, 70Z, 80Z parallel to the spindle rotating axis 2Z. While rotating the forming die and the workpiece around the spindle rotating axis, the workpiece is held by the forming die and the forming rollers to perform the plastic forming of the workpiece.
