Provided is a method for producing a ground meat product which contains meat and a soybean protein material, characterized by comprising: a step for preliminarily mixing the soybean protein material with a protein-crosslinking enzyme in the presence of water to give a mixture; and a step for mixing said mixture with the meat to give a kneaded dough.
