QUICK MAINTENANCE GLOVE VALVE

PURPOSE: A glove valve for rapid maintenance is provided to rapidly perform a maintenance work by easily separating a yoke and a gland from a valve body using a specific disassembling tool. CONSTITUTION: A glove valve(100) for rapid maintenance comprises a Belleville spring(190), a seat ring guide(210), a seal ring(220), and a cage. The Belleville spring is installed between the outer surface of a gland(160) and the bottom of a gland flange(170). The seat ring guide is installed in the bottom of a seat ring. The seal ring is installed between the top and bottom surfaces of the edge of the seat ring guide. The cage covers the bottom end of a disc and a stem and is installed in the bottom of a working space of a valve body(110).
