<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition containing neotame and a dispersant. <P>SOLUTION: In the composition containing neotame and the dispersant, the dispersant comprises the same or different kinds of 1-2 dispersant selected from the group consisting of crystalline glucose hydrate, anhydrous glucose, reduced palatinose, erythritol, lactitol, trehalose, dextrin and D-mannitol. The dispersant is included in 1-3,150 pts.wt. based on 1 pt.wt. of neotame. Neotame is included in 0.1-50 wt.% based on the whole amount of the composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
