<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane foam molding attaining all of reduction in weight, reduction in residual strain upon thermal compression and improvement in surface smoothness. <P>SOLUTION: The polyurethane foam molding is obtained by supplying a material for a polyurethane foam molding which contains a polyol component (A), an isocyanate component (B), a catalyst (C), and water (D) into a cavity formed in a mold; and foaming and molding the material for polyurethane foam molding while reducing pressure in the cavity. The polyurethane foam molding is obtained by using the material for polyurethane foam molding material, in which the polyol component (A) includes a polyol, or a polyol and a crosslinker; the isocyanate component (B) includes a prepolymer having an isocyanate end group and 25-30 mass% of isocyanate content; and the amount of the water (D) is 2.5-5.0 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the polyol component (A). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
