PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finely sorting technique capable of automatically removing not only a small stone, a metal piece, etc. mixed in coffee beans but also so-called a defective bean in which the chipping, cracking, deformation, deterioration or the like is caused. SOLUTION: A machine for finely sorting the particulate matter 1 includes: a vibration sieve 3 as a belt body which includes a part separated from a discharge port 20 of a hopper 2 for particulate matters C, C, ... by a prescribed vertical interval A, is obliquely arranged with a prescribed descent gradient before and behind and has a number of dressing holes 34, 34, ... perforated thereon, the vibration sieve being provided with a vibrating mechanism 6 on a screen 30 where a discharge edge impurity separation wall 33 is arranged on the side near to the inclination upper edge; and an ascending air current supply part 9 combined on the under side of the screen 30, wherein, on respective dressing holes 4, 4, ... slightly near to a particulate matter delivery port 13 from just beneath of the hopper 2 discharge port 20 of the screen 30, guiding piece parts 40 for right and left ascending separation are formed and, on the respective dressing holes 34, 34, ... without designation, other than the dressing holes, guiding piece parts 35 for discharge edge side ascending separation are formed.
