PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: a conventional electric coffee maker, being a product which uses roasted coffee bean powder and brewing delicious coffee, is inconvenient and uneconomical for brewing coffee when a single person wishes to drink coffee. SOLUTION: The electric instant coffee maker uses instant coffee powder for brewing a single serving of coffee by a simple operation of a switch. For the instant coffee powder, a commercial product in a bottle container may be used, and the bottle container may be set as it is in the coffee maker. The coffee maker is equipped with a water boiling container, allowing a single coffee-cup of boiled water to be dispensed at any time by a simple operation for brewing the coffee.
