PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an idling stop control device capable of improving operability when restarting an engine in an idling stop state. SOLUTION: This idling stop control device can stop idling by stopping driving of an engine on condition that a vehicle stops and a shift lever 9 exists in a neutral range position, and can restart the engine in the idling stop state by operating the shift lever 9 in the lateral direction in the neutral range position.
