The belt (1) has a tread surface arranged on a carrier belt (16) that comprises multiple chambers. The chambers are filled with a filler material (25) such as sand, gravel, stein, wood, cork or plastic such as polyurethane, of different properties. The chambers form pockets (3, 3') that are separated from each other and detachably arranged on the carrier belt. The pockets are arranged transverse to a running direction of the belt, and are laterally open or closed. The filling material has a shape selected from a group of powder, granule, ball, elliptical, cylinder, cube, block, staff or prism. An independent claim is also included for a training device shaft for training muscles of human body. |
