<p>Ultrasonic diagnostic equipment comprises an ultrasonic transducer which transmits and receives ultrasonic waves, an oscillating shaft (4) attached integrally to the ultrasonic transducer, an oscillating shaft pulley (5) provided on the oscillating shaft, a motor with an output shaft (7), an output shaft pulley (8) provided on the output shaft, a belt (9) entrained about the oscillating shaft pulley and the output shaft pulley, and a plurality of belt fixing screws (11, 12) which fix the belt to the oscillating shaft pulley and the output shaft pulley, wherein the belt is divided into two regions that border the belt fixing screws and each region has a different natural frequency. With such an arrangement, a highly reliable ultrasonic probe and ultrasonic diagnostic equipment using the ultrasonic probe can be provided.</p> |
