The adjuster has a locking bolt arranged in rotor impellers (18, 22). A stator (1) is provided in a recess in locked position. The locking bolt is supported at the stator by an insert and forms a supply channel (23) together with an inner wall of the recess for guiding hydraulic fluid into a rotor channel. The rotor channel is guided to a contact area of the locking bolt, so that the rotor channel is pressed into an unlocked position, where the contact area is supplied with hydraulic pressure.
