The device has annular intermediate spaces (10), which are arranged in such a manner that a radially outer teeth row (11) of a handling tool is extended into an annular intermediate space of another complementary handling tool. The teeth row is formed by a handling tool of a stator. Chamber elements (6) are arranged radially outside the teeth row of the stator at a handling tool of a rotor. The chamber elements have same height as teeth (4) of the rotor. A cross-section of the chamber elements vertically lies towards a rotation axis.
