The invention provides an insulated cable, which has single core or multicore insulated wires, and a restrictive coating formed on the external circumstance of the insulated wires. The insulated cable is used for thermal melting adhesion with the polyphenyl thioether resin. The restrictive coating is composed of crosslinking body of resin composition containing more than 45 weight percent of thermoplastic polyester elastomer. Furthermore, the invention provides a component for control system and manufacturing method of component for control system, wherein the component for control system has the insulated cable and a housing made of polyphenylene sulfide resin, and the terminal part of the insulated cable is adhered on the housing in thermal melting mode.
