<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device and a foreign matter reception method preventing an exposure means from being contaminated with foreign matter such as scattered toner or dropped toner. <P>SOLUTION: This image forming device includes an image carrier, the exposure means for emitting an exposure light in response to image information to an exposure position of the image carrier, in an under side of the image carrier, a charging means for charging the image carrier, a developing means for supplying a developer in an under side of the image carrier, a cleaning means for removing the developer deposited on the image carrier, and a guide having a foreign matter reception part for receiving the foreign matter between the cleaning means and the exposure means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
