DEVICE, METHOD AND PROGRAM FOR SUPPORTING INFORMATION DISCLOSURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve secrecy while maintaining utility value of information by preventing that a disclosure area having relevance to a non-disclosure area is disclosed in addition to position information designated as a non-disclosure target. SOLUTION: In disclosure/non-disclosure area determination processing, when an area included in the "non-disclosure area" NE is present inside a "temporary disclosure area" VE set on a movement route, each area present between the "non-disclosure area" NE and another area of a past route before and after the area is changed to an "undecided area" GE from the "temporary disclosure area" VE. When a new movement route passes the "non-disclosure area" NE when deciding disclosure/non-disclosure to the newly obtained movement route, it is decided that position information of a section sandwiched between the "non-disclosure area" NE and the "disclosure area" DE by the past movement route of position information on the new movement route is the "non-disclosure target" based on the determination results of disclosure/non-disclosure areas.
