PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic probe including an acoustic lens that has little abrasion and deformation and is used for a long term, and an ultrasonic diagnostic device using the ultrasonic probe. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic probe includes the acoustic lens which is brought into contact with the surface of a subject to converge ultrasonic waves transmitted by the acoustic lens at a predetermined distance. The acoustic lens is made of a resin material, wherein a flexural modulus is≥500 MPa and≤1,300 MPa, and the propagation velocity of a sound wave is≥1,300 m/s and≤2,200 m/s.
