PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulated conductive object preventing dielectric breakdown by relieving electric field concentration without requiring a conductive coated layer. SOLUTION: In this insulated conductive object 1 which has a conductor 2 and an insulator 3 brought into surface contact with the surface of the conductor 2 while having a thickness of not more than 0.5 mm, and relieves electric field concentration, the average roughness Ra of the surface of the conductor 2 brought into surface contact with the insulator 3 is not more than 40μm, and the difference between the maximum roughness Rz and the average roughness Ra is not more than 40μm.
