PURPOSE: An emergency conditions perception system and a method are provided to inform a short circuit and current leakage of a manager in real time. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of sensing units(110) is applied to a safety helmet and monist a fire in a work filed. A sensing and control unit(120) detects an over-current value, a leakage current, a generation time, and an indoor temperature and provides an alarm to the work filed according to a result. A center sever(140) receives emergency data from a communication network(130) and outputs a control signal the according to the result. |
