<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device for a driving wheel, which suppresses backlash in its circumferential direction, and connects a hub ring and the outer ring of a constant velocity universal joint tightly and easily. <P>SOLUTION: The shaft part 12 of the joint outer ring 5, which is provided with protruding parts 35 extending in its axial direction, is pressed into the hole 22 of the hub ring 1. By this press fitting, recessed parts 36 to be closely fitted with the protruding parts 35 are formed on the inner diameter surface of the hub ring 1 with the protruding parts 35 so as to form an uneven fitting structure M wherein the protruding parts 35 and the recessed parts 36 are closely attached to each other over its entire fitting region.
