<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal structure of a super-conductive cable, which reduces a resistance at a connection between a super-conductive layer with a super conductive thin film and a normal conductive part. <P>SOLUTION: The terminal structure of the super-conductive cable includes a super-conductive layer 903 of a super-conductive cable, and a normal conductive part 703 connected to the conductive layer for inputting/outputting power to/from equipment on a normal temperature side. In the super-conductive layer 903, a super-conductive wire 1 formed on a substrate 11 and having a super-conductive thin film 15 is spirally wound so that the super-conductive thin film 15 is on the inner circumferential side and the substrate 11 is on the outer circumferential side. The terminal structure includes a normal conductive connecting member 709 having one end side with a bonding face opposed to the super-conductive thin film and the other end side bonded to the normal conductive part 703, and a conductive bonding material 3 bonding the super-conductive thin film 15 to the bonding face at the end of the super-conductive wire 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
