<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To objectively obtain a life-style of a user without imposing a burden on the user. <P>SOLUTION: When obtaining the life-style of the user, position information of a moving machine 10 is first acquired, and an area wherein the user has stayed is estimated based on the position information. Next, data corresponding to the estimated stay area is extracted from an area attribute storage part 24, an area concept storage part 25, and a relevance degree storage part 26, and a life-style factor adapt to the stay area is estimated based on the data.
